STEP 3.

Once approved, the doctor will complete your certification with the state. The Pennsylvania Department of Health charges $50 for your medical card (unless you are on Medicaid, SNAP, etc. in which case the fee is waived). Your medical marijuana card is mailed to you by the PA Dept of Health, not the doctor.
